Terms of Service
These terms apply to the IonDecoder website, dashboard, decoder, and reseller API.
1. Service
IonDecoder rebuilds readable PHP source from files protected with ionCube and returns a match report. Supported: ionCube 10 to 15 and PHP 5.0 to 8.4.
Privacy. We do not sell your data.
2. Authorized use only
You may upload only files you own or are authorized to decode. You are responsible for having the right to decode every file you submit.
3. Accounts
Keep your login and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Pricing and funds
Pay per file. Starter is $0.40 per file with $15 minimum funds, Standard is $0.20 with $25, and Volume is $0.10 with $50. Funds are added after payment is confirmed.
5. Payments
Payments are made in crypto against an invoice. Send the exact amount to the wallet shown and paste the transaction ID. Crypto payments are final except as stated under Refunds.
6. Refunds
If the decoder fails on your file, you get a full refund. Test your file with the free test decoder first. Send the job ID to support within 3 days. Unused balance cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
7. Test decoder
The test decoder is free and tells you whether a file can be decoded. It is not a guarantee of the final output.
8. Accuracy
We report an average opcode match of 98%. Each result has its own match report. Comments and formatting are not stored in encoded files and cannot be restored. Results are provided as is.
9. Reseller plan
$199 per quarter: unlimited decoding, unlimited users, API access only, and API documentation.
Optional add-ons: custom dashboard access on request; payment gateway integration $50 to $100 (requires your live gateway access); test payments $20 to $50 (unused part refunded). We do not sell source code or software licenses.
10. Offers
Add $60 to $100 in funds and receive $60 extra credit. Or pay $99 to decode unlimited files for one month. One use per account. These extra bonuses are not subject to refund.
11. Hire me services
When you hire us, if an issue on our side requires a delay, the project may be delayed. No refund is offered in that case.
12. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no abuse of the API or rate limits, and no resale of the pay-per-file service. Resellers use the reseller plan.
13. Data and retention
Files are sent over HTTPS and deleted after a maximum of 30 days. We can delete files earlier, so save your files after decoding. No refund will be offered for deleted files. Decoded output is available to your account only.
14. Support

15. Changes and contact
